I have had several accounts with verison and each time I close them due to their billing practices and frauduent packages. This time they were paid each month from my banking account, directly from bill pay. They have sent me bills each month stating that I still owe them. In fact I even had my bank manager call them and get this straighten out, was sent a statement from them that the account had a zero balance, then the next month again I get a bill for the account.
