I have had nothing but problems with A & E Factory Service. My brand new Whirpool washing machine has not been working, and the warranty department contacted A&E for repairs. The 1st tech was very professional and adjusted some wiring, and the machine worked for a week. The 2nd tech was in my house for 2 hours and had absolutely no solution since the machine started working again, except to call them when it stopped working (really?).
