VitalChek is a joke. I submitted two orders for birth certificates and a marriage certificate. Cost over $100. For one birth certificate all they did was send me via the internet their order form and instructed me to fax it to the city the birth took place. The second birth certificate, they ended up instructing me to send my request and identification documentation directly to the State. The identification documentation for their company differed from the State and they would not provided the birth certificate. They took my money though... read full review »
