I ordered flowers on 2/7/11 for a funeral to be held in Ottumwa, Iowa on 2/9/11. The flowers were delivered to a 2nd cousin in Urbandale, Iowa on 2/12/11. How the flowers get to him, I don't know! Even the last names were different! So...our flowers did not make it to the funeral, nor to the children of the deceased. I feel terrible that they didn't have our flowers with a note of our sympathy and love at that sad time in their lives.
