Purchased a high end Bosch dishwasher fours ago. A nice machine. I have installed a few myself and know how they work. It was evident that either the pump impeller had failed or the pump motor. I called Sears and got the computer to schedule a repair. I explained the "symptoms" and was given a repair date and advised the initial charge for service was $75.00 Then the call transferred to a real person and I was asked for the information again, model number, serial number and symptoms and again advised the cost would be $75.00.
