I upgraded my phone last week and received it this past Monday, I backed up my contacts last night. Today the brand new phone I just got Monday stopped working. I went to the corporate store here in Houston on SW Freeway, waited an hour and half, the representative was rude, insolent and condenscending, was given a refurburshed phone which I had to pay an additional $21.00 for and when I went to update my contacts online there were none. I have had a really bad experience with Cricket today, not to mention I'm sick and had to go out and get a replacement phone for a brand new phone I've only had 6 days read full review »
