this company is crazy. they were my energy supplier for a year. I signed a 6 month contract with them. 9 months in they charged me 150$ for terminating my contarct early. and based on the billing I re signed with them the very same day I came to know all this on questioning them about my bill. My apartment was flooded during Hurricane Ike. In the end of october I received a call from them stating I owed a 100$ since the hurricane when the apartment was uninhabited.
