I ordered a Rose bouquet on Tuesday, 2/8, for Valentine's Day to be delivered on Saturday, 2/12, and paid $75.57 including shipping and tax. When my wife received it today, 2/12, the bouquet was so small in height (10") and width (5") that it couldn't have been worth more than $25 including shipping and tax (see picture below). I also ordered the "Better" package which was supposed to include 10 roses and some carnations but my wife received the "Good" package which includes 4 roses and some carnations.
