They train us to promote extended warranties, upsell every repair, promote additional services & parts that are probably 3x the cost elsewhere. We are instructed behind closed doors how to coerce the cust's into buying services & parts they don't need & constantly reminded to sell extended warranties but not to warranty them at all cost or not to remind customers when their appliance appeared as if they were getting old/worn out & may need some future repairs.
