We have different problems with AT&T just about every month. For over two weeks we had NO telephone service. When we called them for repairs, they offered only an automated system and set an appointment about 3 weeks away. Our AT&T Uverse has problems about every month or two. For many months in a row our Uverse boxes were unable to download system updates and we would lose the picture completely. We had to unplug the modem/hub and each cable box to reset them.
