Dr. Covert runs a deer hunting operation on his ranch near Cotulla, TX. He routinely trades deer hunts for ranch work and other services. However, after the work is done, he finds a way to get out of providing the hunt. I looked after his ranch for over 7 months with the promise of a trophy deer hunt.
