I recently placed an order with the website. They claimed to have no record that I placed an order and assured me that it would be fine and I would not be charged (so I went and purchased the products elsewhere in the meantime.) Six days later I received an email confirmation for the order and got charged. I tried to dispute this and the customer service rep (after being on hold for 2.5 hours) YELLED at me. She did not offer ANY sort of apology. Really disgusting customer service and I won't be shopping with this company again! read full review »
