There has not been ONE single occasion that I have called and have not had to wait a MINIMUM of 15 - 30 minutes just to get a customer service representative to answer the phone. When we placed an order everything was simple and easy but try getting a hold of someone to help you when the time comes because they have delayed shipping your order without notifying you, incomplete order delivery, appliances arriving and not being installed, back ordered appliances that were already charged to our credit card, the list goes on.
