I had went into church's chicken and ordered food i was not happy with my order so i wanted something different and the manager said since it was already made i could not change my order or get a refund and i said if a customer is unsatified with the product you have to exchange their food or refund them their money and he would not do it, also i paid by debit/credit card and didnt recieve a reciept. I asked the manager can I get a corporart number or someone above him and he gave me the store number.My experience was horrible i made a complaint on their website and have not gotten any responses. read full review »
