So in late 2008 I had a website Idea and placed a posting on craigslist for want of a Web Designer for my site. A sales rep contacted me and put me into touch with the owner, John McGovern. He claimed he had 10-15 years experience in PHP, html and whatever. He made it seem like it would be a hassle free, straight-forward design and he could have it done in no time.
