Oh my god, I cannot believe this company is allowed to get away with this, my parents brought what they thought were 2 good tickets/seats at the Wales-England game on 04/02/11 at cardiff, the tickets were supposed to be delivered 3-5 days before and never turned up, so after 3 phone calls they arranged for them to be delivered to their hotel, this also never happened, they then had to phone another 2 times to find where they were, they had to chase the agent around cardiffs bars to get them, finally getting to the game they found themselves in... read full review »
