We had an issue in December. Ireported it and the money withheld from my account was put back. I did name the branch manager. As a result she has put a hold on my account. No one else can move my money from savings to checking. When wrote a check to get the money into another account, after taking out the fees she bounced the check. Her retaliation is costing me cash flow. The fact the entire credit union now says they can't do anything is shocking. She has in fact stolen my money. Successfully. Better than if she had a gun. Criminal - probably. She needs to be removed, as does the assistants who are assisting her. read full review »
