We purchased a home in which the sellers provided a Home Warranty through American Home Shield of Florida (AHS). We had a problem with our air conditioner and the warranty company (AHS) sent out an air conditioning specialist to investigate the problem. We also had other air conditioner specialists investigate the problem in the interim. The air conditoner specialist that AHS subcontracted was from the company "Air Doctor."
