I called CS because I did not recieve a statement this month. After 15 minutes on hold I was told it was mailed 1/11, then rudely asked when my Feb. 2011 payment would be sent. The rude and obnoxious CS rep refused to send me another statement and asked again and again when I would send in my payment. I have been with Ocwen for 5 years and never have missed or been late with a payment, yet they treated me like crap!!! I will do all I can to rid myself of this scum when I next refinance!!! read full review »
