I was involved in an accident in which one of Fred Loya's customer was at fault. I filed the claim with Fred Loya and the service i got from the people that worked there was just horrible, so unprofessional and disinterested. After filing my claim i called back to get an update and i was told that i was going to get a call as soon as they had any new developments on my claim.
