Citimortgage has been avoiding giving me a modification for almost two years now. Now they are trying to foreclose on my house. I know that there are thousands of people in the same situation with Citimortgage as I.If their is a decent attorney out there ? they could make a killing by helping all of us.. Obama changed the terms of all home mortgages (for people that qualify) for his modification programs. A class action lawsuit will be the only way to stop the Scam.
