They said the deal we agreed on was not valid. I did not use the initial "vouchers" Said they sent the information via e-mail (which was not my address) and said they sent the info in the mail which I did not receive. So they are charging me the full monthly payment, instead of the $19.95 we had agreed on. When I finally told them to get their stuff out of my house, they said they would send me a box with complete instructions on what to send them.
