I ordered the boxed set of the Carol Burnett show 3/8/09, my credit card was charged on 3/10/09 and the email stated my order would be arriving in 10-14 business days. It is now 4/4/09 and I have since emailed Planetdvd twice without any replies and... I telephoned them and left a rather pointed message on their answering machine without any reply. I proceeded to try and phone them again and this time they changed their answering machine message so you can no longer leave a voice mail.
