The Collections Agent was unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. After AGREEING to a settlement agreement to be paid with Tax Return money, the collector began making personal comments about money and work situation. Since I was unable to set up the payments at that time (since the Tax Return was not yet filed) the collector proceeded to tell me that he was not in "Customer Service", hence apparently why he did not have appropriate and professional telephone skills. read full review »
