I purchased a Samsung Bluetooth headset for my cell phone and it worked great but the earpiece for the phone is so cheaply made that it broke within a week of using the device. I contacted Samsung customer service and they were so bad that they said that that part was not under a warrenty because it was plastic. So I ordered 3 earpieces for a total of $12 including shipping and after using them they lasted about 2 weeks before all of them broke around where they attached to the phone and same attitude from their customer service, no we will... read full review »
