I opened an account with my roommate at Chase in November 2010. They assigned me some banker who could barely speak and/or understand English, but we managed to figure it all out. -- SO, I THOUGHT! First -- they send me a debit card that WASNT linked to an account. Who the [f]uck does that?? What's the point? Can't use it! Second -- they charged a withdrawal fee AFTER I withdrew from an actual teller at Chase. Ummmm... dumb[a]sses.
