ATTENTION RESTAURANT OWNERS! We own several restaurants in Iowa and was recently scammed by RESTAURANT.COM out of thousands of dollars. They fraudently signed our name on one of there agreements and still would not cancel us once we notified them. They have sold over $30, 000 worth of customer discounts coupons that our restaurant will still need to honor just to avoid them boycotting us. It's a mess! I am organizing a lawsuit against them! I own a restaurant that is very popular in West Des Moines, Iowa. Last year a sales representative from Restaurant.com came to our business and asked us to sign up for the program. We agreed to allow them to sell 5 certificates per day, however, no more than 20 per week. Furthermore, we wrote in on the contract that we can cancel after a 30 day period if we are unsatisfied.
