Trip was booked for my son and future wife for honeymoon. Received e-mail to call asap due to a flight change. Tried off and on for 3 weeks to reach someone, put on hold and then hung up on. 2/13/11 finally reached someone from India and the person kept me on hold, checking with the Airline for flights to accomidate me. He then confirmed a change with the Airline that I did not agree too. I was told that if I changed again I would have to pay.
