I got a phone call from Diversified Collection Agency (DCS) and spoke to a man named Ron Howard about a deliquent school loan that needed repayed. After speaking with him at length we set up a payment plan so that my debt would be repaid. In our conversation, Mr. Howard stated that if I didn't set up a payment plan then I would suffer an income tax offset where they would take my taxes to offset my debt.
