Selected an engineered hardwood floor from Shaw flooring. The installed product did not even come close to the sample board used to make the selection. Shaw would not send anyone out to review the installed product versus the sample. We had to send the sample board to them and they denied the claim. Even the installation company agrees that the prduct delivered did not match the sample. The sample showed subtle grain in shades of brown.
