As I was standing in line waiting to be served, a customer service rep told another client who was leaning over the wall while in line, that she didn't have a cash drawer and could go as slow as she wanted while she was waiting on ANOTHER customer.I did not hear the guy who was asking her a question.What she said was said loud enough to be heard by other customers waiting in line!!
