I purchased flowers for a griefing friend during the summer of 2010. In Feb. of 2011 I noticed a $9.95 unauthorized credit card charge from BloomsRewards. I was informed I had signed up for the rewards when I purchased the flowers in 2010. This is a total scam, and a rip-off. Cannot something be done to stop these thieves? read full review »
