I received the card, eay to activate. But the first time I used the card to withdraw money from an ATM, my transaction of $40 + surcharges, was then again removed from my account 1 1/2 hours later. I filed a complaint with their company, waited well over the 45 days (2 1/2 months actually), to have customer service/claims dept. tell me that my claim was invalid. The only question she asked me regarding any more information, was do I have a receipt? For my first transaction? What difference does that make?
