I ordered products from FragranceX.com, which were supposedly shipped on 19th November 2010, yet as of today (15th February 2011) I'm still waiting for them to arrive. I've tried emailing several times only to get the same generic reply, saying that the goods are on their way but may have been held up in customs, & that they were not sent with tracking details.
