i have never had so much trouble with a bank than i have with bank of america home loans servicing LP. every time i call it takes an act of god and congress to speak to a person. they do NOT help with home modification like they claiIm to. each question, when you finally reach a human being, goes to a different department. this is ridiculous !!!
