I ordered flowers, with a guaranteed Valentines day delivery to a business address. No flowers arrived. The website does not show delivery costs until after you have checked out so there is no way to back out when you discover it costs nearly 40$ and that delivery is by UPS. Also charged handling and care costs - Flowers bought at $19.99 cost $64.43.
