This is my experience at the Largo, FL location: I scheduled my appt for 8 am so that it would not affect my work schedule. The assistant took me back to the chair, removed my temp crown, went out of the room for 10 minutes, and returned to tell me "oops, we made a mistake - this is the dentist's late day. You can either have the temp crown re-cemented and come back another day or wait an hour or so and he'll be in."
