On 12 Feb. I ordered for Valentines Day. Order was not processed nor did recipient receive order as promised. When I called for a refund, it was refused and they lied and said order was in process of delivery. The didn't even know the name of the Florist processing the order. The representative said they were in Illinois, yet they couldn't understand English well. When I asked what time it was in Illinois, they didn't even know. THE BOTTOM LINE IS: DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD. THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHAM. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered ordering flowers. This was supposed to be and enjoyable occasion. read full review »
