I visited the JCP Salon in Billings, Montana to purchase a bottle of conditioner. After returning home I discovered I was given shampoo by mistake. I returned to the store the next day to exchange the product for the correct item. The person who waited on me was discourteous and took a long time to complete the transaction. She insisted I return the shampoo and then make another transaction to purchase the conditoner instead of making a simple exchange in one transaction.
