Hi. I work in audio and know the history of the FCC. They were started and continue to be a technical standards board that set the rules for airing of radio and television on "public resources." There is no debate that they have no business monitoring content. They are an engineering organization and not a censoring body. The volume of Television is extremely inconsistent, overly loud and distorted.
