Ordered three birth certificates, but received two with Vital Chek On November 17, 2010 with order number 23870992, requested three including Carmen L Velazquez Pagan, but this one was not received.. Paid $35.40 for al three. Calls and e-mails sent but no response and no certificate was recieved. Appreciate your asistance. read full review »
