I went to CVS to purchase a perfect 10 hair color. When I got to the counter, the clerk said, "this color isn't on sale. I said the ad says"perfect 10 hair color, not certain hair colors. The clerk still refused to sell it to me for the sale price. I walked out and will never go back to CVS. The were no signs stating Certain colors, in fact there were no signs at all.It was about 7pm on a Saturday evening. The store manager said they had taken all the weeks sale signs down, getting ready for Sundays sale. When a product is advertised it should state there are exclusions, this didn't. read full review »
