HR Block is holding your state filing for 2010 because Federal is holding their filing. Federal and State tax filings have nothing to do with each other. HR Block holds their customers hostage with your State refunds because they don't know how to e-file State separate from Federal. DO NOT USE HR Block! You have been warned. Filing on line will tell you that Federal for 2010 taxes will not e-file until Feb 15, understand that. But what is problem with AZ state filing?
