Sears.com uses third party vendors to sell the merchandise on their website, but they bill you the minute you purchase the item. If the vendor does not ship you what you bought, you still get billed by Sears + interest and finance charges. When you call customer service (?) they tell you that you must contact the vendor to get a credit. The information they sent me to contact the vendor consisted of an "out of service" phone number and a non-responsive e-mail. They are now threatening to turn my account over to a collection agency.
