Nelnet nust be audited to look at their practises. I continue to pay my loan yet the interest rate constantly changes. I am never informed of the change nor the reason. To make matter worse when I look at my account, it states fixed rate of 3%. Recently I filed chapter 13 repayment plan. I was told interes rate was 7% after filing I now see they lower it back to 3% is this legal? read full review »
