First bait & switch. You are allowed to ask a question and they show you which 'expert' will be answering; you have a chance to check their qualifications. Okay, so you give them a 'deposit' on your c.c. or paypal, then they are supposed to answer the question. If you are not satisfied with the answer, then you do not have to pay.
