If you can avoid using this company, do it and save yourself the headache! I ordered Valentine's Day flowers a week before they were supposed to be delivered. My fiancee works until 5:00 PM and there's a receptionist until 6:00 PM. I tried to get a delivery status but the phone number doesn't ever answer (probably due to all the customer service reps giving priority to "new orders") or just hangs up.
