I got a Dish TV HD Platinum connection installed at my place on 11th Feb 2011 and my VC no. is 01511820185. After half an hour of the installation, suddenly due to bad weather, signal got dropped and signal error message started showing up on my TV. After waiting for long I did a complaint on their customer care no. 1-860-180-3474 on 13th Morning around 10 am and the complaint no. is 54123877.
