The site is a fraud and a scam. I was directed to iYogi.com by CA Technologies because I thought that my new computer with Windows 7 was running a little slow. The self proclaimed "experts" at iyogi convinced me to let them log in remotely to analyze the problem. They very quickly found hundreds of "error files" and "error folders."
