Over 12 weeks ago I had ordered a replacement piece of glass for a coffee table i had purchased from your location. The glass broke after a candle fell on it. I thought this was bad enough, what i should have done is just thrown the whole thing out. The experience of special ordering through Steinhafels has been a nightmare. I was first told it would take 4 weeks to receive in house then that was followed by 8 weeks. Finally after 8 weeks i was called that it was here, or was it?
